The headquarters of Zschimmer & Schwarz do Brasil Ltda. is located in the south of Brazil, more precisely in the City of São Leopoldo, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

ZSB’s land comprises an area of 37,580.87m2. It has been acquired in November of 2002 together with an already existing storehouse of 2100 m2.
The company’s property is located within an area that is classified by the city hall of São Lepoldo as “industrial zone - class 2” (Chemical Industry).

After rebuilding works and construction of the supply area, the sewage plant, the reception halls and the tank farm, the company possesses today a constructed area of 3,565 m2, in which are produced special chemical products for the leather, textile, ceramics, and synthetic fiber industries.
